How I can help

Couples therapy

A space to review how you are actually relating to each other

  • Couples conflict, emotional distance or relational crisis.
  • A space to speak differently, not only to argue more efficiently.
  • Work with clarity, listening and shared responsibility.
Couples therapy

A space to review how you are actually relating to each other

When a couple starts wearing down, the problem is not always lack of love. Often what is missing is clarity, listening and a different way of moving through conflict.

How it often feels

Sometimes the issue is not just one problem, but the dynamic that has been created

Some couples arrive because of a specific crisis and others because of a quieter wear that has been building for a long time.

You argue a lot or hardly speak honestly anymore

Conversations get tangled, the same reproaches repeat or important topics are simply avoided altogether.

There is distance, tiredness or the feeling of being alone inside the relationship

Complicity, desire, support or the sense of being on the same team may feel weakened or lost.

You need clarity to continue, change or decide

Sometimes therapy is not only about repair, but also about understanding more clearly what is happening and what you want to do with it.

What can be worked on in therapy

  • Review repetitive cycles of argument or distance.
  • Improve communication, boundaries and mutual understanding.
  • Make decisions with more clarity and less confusion.

When it may make sense to come

You do not need to wait for an extreme crisis before looking at what is happening between you. Sometimes the hardest deterioration is the one that has slowly become normal.

  • If it is hard to talk without escalating conflict.
  • If emotional distance or lasting wear is becoming normalised.
  • If you need to sort out what is happening before simply continuing the same way.

Contact

Sometimes a couple does not need quick answers, but a better space to look at itself

Couples therapy can help you understand your dynamic with more clarity and make decisions from a less confused place.
