Introduction

Techniques and therapies

Sessions may be individual, for couples, online or in person. What matters is not applying one school rigidly, but understanding which approach may genuinely help in each process.

  • An integrative way of working, not an improvised mix.
  • Each technique is used according to the person, the moment and the real need.
  • You can now go deeper into each therapy through its own page.

Overview

An integrative and well-grounded way of understanding the process

I do not work from one closed label or from the idea of applying the same formula to everyone. Each process calls for different rhythms, questions and tools.

Some people need to understand their thinking patterns and how anxiety is being maintained. Others need to explore emotional patterns, relationships, personal history or forms of connection that are still active even if they are not fully conscious.

That is why you will now find both a general introduction and specific pages for each therapy. The aim is to help you understand what each perspective may offer and how it can be integrated within serious, human and professional work.

How do we decide which approach makes most sense?

It is not about choosing a therapy as if it were a label. What matters is understanding what is happening, what you need now and what kind of intervention may help most.

  • What kind of distress is present and how it is sustained in everyday life.
  • Whether the work needs more understanding, more experience-based exploration or more practical structure.
  • Your current life stage, your capacity to hold the process and the resources you have right now.
  • The need to combine structure, emotional depth and relational work.

How I can help

Techniques matter, but even more how they are placed at the service of the process

If, alongside understanding the therapies, you also want to see which kinds of problems or life situations they may help with, you can explore the pages on anxiety, self-esteem, grief, couples work and other common processes.
